Daily mythology: Language and society

Language has a huge impact on the social organism. It does not only describe it’s condition but influences it too. Are we not used to say “I have”, I had”, “I own”, “my cup”, etc.? “I had you”, “I had sex (with you)”…Shouldn’t we choose an expression to describe that sex is an action in between two people? Just you try to say “this book” instead of “my book”….
